Heated Vinyasa

Vinyasa Flow class focused on a continuous movement matched with the breath. Adding the element of heat helps with flexibility and aids in detoxifying the body. Influenced by the structure of the Sun Salutation. Heated Power adds some power elements to the sequence to build muscle and burn event more calories.
